Free: the Open Core and the base modules

The Open Core is licensed under the GNU AGPL-3.0 – free of charge, yours to use, change and share. The base modules – knowledge, AI sources and mail – come with it. No time limit, no licence check.

Try first: every extension module as a full demo

Office helpers, Microsoft 365, n8n and the specialist modules come complete as soon as you add them. For 90 days you try each one with your own data before you decide; a short grace period follows, and you can ask for an extension.

Licensed per installation and module

A licence belongs to an installation and a module – not to a person. Your whole team uses a licensed module; you pay for the modules you need, not per head.

When a demo ends

When the demo and its grace period are over, that module stops with a clear message – your data stays, and the Open Core and every other module keep running. A licence brings the module back with the next check, or at once at the push of a button.

What your server sends

When you add an extension module, your server registers it with us: your domain, the modules and their version, and an e-mail address for licence matters. After that it checks the licence when it starts, when you ask it to and at most once a day. The Open Core sends nothing.

Prices

Prices depend on the modules you choose – we put together an offer for you in a short conversation. Talk to us
